Almost three months after its release, BTS ’s anthology album “Proof” has climbed back up the Billboard 200!
On August 23 local time, Billboard revealed that “Proof” had risen to No. 74 for its 11th consecutive week on Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart (its weekly ranking of the most popular albums in the United States).
“Proof” also returned to No. 1 on the World Albums chart this week, as well as staying strong at No. 59 on the Top Current Album Sales chart , while BTS climbed back up to No. 29. on this week's Artist 100 chart.
Several of BTS's previous hits similarly climbed back up the Billboard charts this week: The group's 2020 long-running hit " Dynamite " climbed to No. 29 on the Global Excl. US and the no. 39 on the Global 200, while his 2021 hit “ Butter ” jumped to No. 96 and to n. 132 respectively. “ My Universe ,” the group's collaboration single with Coldplay, also climbed to No. 84 on the Global Excl. US and number 126 in the Global 200.
Meanwhile, the BTS members' most recent collaborations with American artists continued to be a force to be reckoned with on Billboard's Hot 100 (which ranks the most popular songs in the United States). Jungkook and Charlie Puth 's single " Left and Right " held steady at No. 44 in its ninth week on the Hot 100 this week, as well as climbing back to No. 17 on the Digital Song Sales chart .
“ Bad Decisions ,” BTS's Jin , Jimin , V, and Jungkook 's collaboration single featuring Benny Blanco and Snoop Dogg, held steady at No. 60 in its third week on the Hot 100, also maintaining its position at No. 2 on the digital song sales chart.
"Left and Right" maintained its position at No. 16 on Billboard's Pop Airplay chart (which measures weekly airplay on the top 40 US radio stations), while "Bad Decisions" climbed to No. 26.
Ultimately, “Left and Right” ranked 20th in the Global Excl. US and No. 25 on the Global 200 this week, while “Bad Decisions” came in at No. 38 and No. 37 respectively.
